"Cools my room well"
I felt a little pressured to pick something fast because my room was getting way too hot, but this ended up working well. It cools the room nicely, though on really hot days it does take a bit longer to get comfortable.
"Oscillation gave out way too fast"
I bought this Lasko fan mainly because I wanted the oscillation, and of course that’s the part that started acting up first. At first it seemed fine, so I thought I was getting what I paid for.
Now it gets stuck turning one way, clicks over and over, and ends up just blowing straight at the wall. I’ll tap it or reset it and it’ll work for a few minutes, but then the goalposts move again and I’m back to babying a fan that’s supposed to just swing side to side.
It’s frustrating because I don’t feel like I’m asking for much here. If the main feature doesn’t last, I wouldn’t buy this again
"Good speeds, but maybe a bit loud on high?"
The speeds work fine for what I need, and overall it does the job. On the highest setting it seems kind of loud to me, though maybe I’m just being picky. Still, it works well enough and I haven’t had any real issues with it

"Clean-looking fan that fits right in"
I picked up this Lasko fan mostly because I wanted something simple that wouldn’t make the room feel cluttered. Once I set it up, I actually liked it more than I expected. It has a clean look and blends in naturally, which matters more than I realized when something is sitting out every day.
The only thing keeping it from being perfect for me is that the plastic finish feels a little basic when you’re up close. But overall, it does what I hoped it would do visually: it stays useful without becoming an eyesore, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want from a fan.

"Ended up being too bulky for my little room"
I bought this thinking I could tuck it next to my desk, since that’s where I usually keep random stuff like my notebooks and a little lamp, but it ended up taking up way more space than I expected. My room isn’t huge to begin with, and once I moved it in, it just felt kind of awkward no matter where I tried to put it. It’s not awful, but if you’re working with limited space like I am, I’d probably look for something smaller...

I ordered from lasko.com and the product did show up in good shape, so that part was fine. The shipping just felt slower than I was expecting, though I’m not sure if that’s typical or just how it went for my order. The tracking also didn’t update much for a couple days, which was a little frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn’t fast either. Clearer delivery updates would probably make it better.

"Super easy to keep clean"
I don’t remember every little thing about setting it up or using it at first, but I do remember being relieved at how easy it is to clean. It doesn’t take much effort to keep it looking nice, which is really all I wanted.

It definitely uses less power than my old fan, which I appreciate, but the cooling feels a little weak sometimes. It’s fine for mild days, but when it gets really warm, I’m not sure it keeps up. If it keeps feeling underpowered, I might end up switching to something stronger
"Tracking could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a fan from lasko.com and it showed up just fine, but the tracking was a little confusing. It didn’t update for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure if it had shipped or was just sitting somewhere.
Customer service did get back to me when I reached out, but it took longer than I’d hoped. The fan itself is good, I just wish the updates and communication had been a bit clearer.

"Decent, but not very easy to carry around"
It works fine overall, but I was hoping it would be a lot more portable. It’s heavier than I expected, and moving it from room to room gets annoying quickly. The handle also feels kind of awkward, which doesn’t help. A friend recommended I try something more lightweight next time, and I think they’re right. If portability is a big deal for you, this probably isn’t the best pick.

"Finding a filter was way harder than it should’ve been"
I went to lasko.com just trying to find a replacement fan filter, it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. The menus weren’t very clear, and I kept clicking into pages that had nothing to do with what I needed.
The search feature didn’t help much either. I typed in the model number thinking that would take me right to the part, but nope, I still had to bounce around the site. For something that should be simple, it felt kind of ridiculous.
To be fair, the site loaded fine and didn’t crash or anything, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But overall, it could definitely be easier to use because I got annoyed quickly.

The return process was a little slower than I expected, but I was mostly focused on whether they’d actually take care of the replacement. The warranty team did help me get it sorted, so it ended up being fine.

"Fan showed up in terrible shape"
I’m annoyed. The box arrived completely beat up, crushed in a bunch of spots, and taped up like someone had already messed with it. When I opened it, parts were just loose inside. Whoever packed or handled this clearly didn’t care at all. Definitely not what I expected.

"Safety features are okay, but okay is the key word"
I got this Lasko heater mostly because of the safety shutoff and tip-over protection, and so far it’s been working fine. Fine, but not amazing. I do feel a little better using it knowing those features are there, but the outside of the heater still gets warmer than I expected, warmer than I’d really like. Because of that, I don’t leave it running if I’m not in the room. It’s a decent heater overall, but I just wish the safety features felt a bit more solid and reassuring.

"Checkout tested my patience for no reason"
I tried ordering a fan from Lasko and the checkout made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. The cart was loading super slowly, and then after I had already entered my shipping info, it made me put it in again like I had nothing better to do but sit there and patiently redo the same steps.
The payment eventually went through, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, so I was left wondering if the order even worked. The fan itself might be totally fine, but the buying process felt like one of those situations where the website forces you to stay calm while it wastes your time.
